Job Listings

All job listings contained herein are published free of charge to qualifying parties. All listings must include a contact with phone number. Continuous Recruitment listings are subject to annual audit and removal if they cannot be verified.

The Webmaster shall be the sole responsible party to determine whether a party qualifies and which category applies.

Job listings for those in category #1 and #2 may generally be of any text length. Multipage, colored, graphic intensive, flyers will be converted into PDF before posting (i.e. tri-fold flyers). At the discretion of the Webmaster, especially large listings may be reformatted to reduce font, change page breaks, etc. Parties are encouraged to submit large listings as PDFs. Job listings for those in category #3 are limited to one paragraph about 100-150 words in length. The paragraph may contain a hyperlink to a larger document hosted on the party's website, etc.

CPRA "Members Email List" User Instructions (return to Home page)

2. Click on Customer Login, then Webmailer Login.
3. Or, go to https://webmailcluster.perfora.net/xml/config/Webmail_Login;jsessionid=E174F6D23137F18790BE46FEA8569674.TCpfix13b
4. Log into the special email account using “username” and “password”. Contact chapter president for login credentials.
5. Once logged in, click on the Email icon on the top toolbar.
6. Enter members@cpra.org in the To address field. Address is pre-loaded in the Contacts
7. Include a Subject on all emails. A default Signature Line is inserted on all email messages at the bottom of the Body.

How quickly will a message be processed and sent to members via the email list?
You should expect that your results may vary greatly. During testing (with 1 person on the list), email messages were sent and received within 10 seconds. A fully populated list of 300+ may take longer.

Should my email SPAM filter be set any special way to receive the invitation and group emails?
If possible, the sender.members@cpra.org email address should be added to the SPAM’s whitelist. Ideally, the entire “@cpra.org” domain should be on everyone’s whitelist.

Can I send a message while on the road or from my agency/personal email account?
Yes, you can send a message if you are away from your desk. The steps listed above are good for use via any Internet browser. Use caution when using a public or borrowed PC. Some browsers or PCs save login information.  No, you cannot send messages from your agency/personal acocunt.  For security reasons the Members Email List will only accept email messages from the sender.members@cpra.org account.

If someone replies to the sender.members@cpra.org address, who gets the email message?
No one. The account is not set up with a forwarding rule. An auto-responder feature is turned on explaining that the account is unattended and meant only to send messages. Information is provided directing inquiries to the CPRA website Directory. The account is not intended for two-way chapter correspondence.

Can persons on the email list opt out?
Yes. The initial invitation to join the list can be declined. If they initially accept, persons can opt out later by completing our simple online form.  Plus, every group email includes opt out instructions at the bottom of the message pointing them to the online form.  The online form is fully automated and will purge the email address one submitted.

Can persons not on the list join upon request?
Not directly. They have to be a member of APCO. Persons listed in the latest chapter membership roster from APCO are included in the email list. Persons are added or removed based on their changing APCO membership status. The email list’s administrator will work closely with the VP to insure the list is as current as possible.
